We are an Executive Independent Casino Host, providing the highest level of VIP customer service as your personal concierge. Highly attentive to the smallest details, we'll take care of everything for you: from VIP suites and room reservations, to flights, limos, tee times, spa appointments, VIP nightclub access, concert and show tickets, and anything you wish!
Lily Nguyen, President and Executive VIP Casino Host
Lily Nguyen has over 10 years of experience in the Casino industry. Starting off at the reception desk, she became familiar with what each guest wanted during their stay. This allowed her to move over to Player Development where she was able to attend to guests' personal needs at IP Biloxi Casino. Her passion and motivation landed her a position at the Hard Rock Casino Biloxi as a Casino Host at a young age. She was promoted to Executive Host shortly thereafter.
In 2014, she decided to take a leap of faith to become an Independent Casino Host. With more than a decade of in-depth industry experience, she’s able to assist her players with all their needs. Being that she is very personable, she knows what each of her guests is thinking before they ask.
As President of High Limits VIP, LLC, she is focused on expanding the company's service areas and making sure every guest has their every need attended to.

Chris Leavitt, Chief Operating Officer
Chris Leavitt brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in business to High Limits. For the 10 years prior to joining High Limits, he was the President of a major IT Services and Technology company, where he developed a vast knowledge of all things business: Business Operations, Marketing, Management, Accounting, Technology, and Customer Service.
With over 20 years of experience in the service industry and being a seasoned gambler himself, not only does he help execute the company’s initiatives, but he also brings a fresh perspective to what casino players are expecting out of their Casino Host. His expertise is a significant reason why High Limits has become the most Elite Independent Casino Company in the industry.
Elizabeth “Liz Huyen” Ta, Casino Host
Elizabeth shares a passion for helping others and marketing, which led her to working in the Casino Industry for 10+ years. With the growth alongside the Gulf Coast calling for the Casino & Tourism Industry, she was able to work alongside her peers and learn the constant everchanging trends with the diverse culture. Starting off in Food and Beverage, then into transitioning into the Marketing Coordinator role, she learned all aspects of Promotions, Events, and Hotel Hospitality, she got offered the role of Casino Host Clerk in 2013. In 2016, she accepted a role alongside Hollywood Gulf Coast and Boomtown as their Asian Casino Host.
Elizabeth obtained her Double B.S in Digital Design and Social Sciences from Tulane University. She continues her education constantly with learning new certifications. During her spare time, she loves to cook and bake new recipes. Elizabeth is a native to the Mississippi Gulf Coast and continues to reside there with her family and dogs, Nubs and Basil.

Sean Murphy, Casino Host
Sean Murphy is the newest member of the High Limits VIP team. He is a native of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, but has lived in Brookhaven and Hattiesburg as well as Bonn, Germany. He holds a BA in Foreign Language from University of Southern Mississippi and comes to the team with 7 years’ experience in casino and hotel operations.
When he’s not making your casino trips and cruises the best they can be, you can find Sean enjoying time and traveling with his wife, Sidney, and his three adopted cats, Meatball, Spaghetti, and Pesto.
